Arsenal thrash Chelsea 4-0 as Everton LOSES to MLS team Minnesota united

"We have the issues because we have the same players." Says Thomas Tuchel during post-match interview.

Watch as the Gunners beat Chelsea with goals from Bukayo Saka, Gabriel Jesus, Martin Odegaard, and Albert Lokonga. Chelsea's Manager Thomas Tuchel claims they must sign players with talent to help the team succeed. Specifically, he is looking for a player to boost his left side of his team. If Chelsea keeps playing this way, the angrier and more hopeless Tuchel will be for the team. Can they get out of their slump before the season starts?

Speaking of upsets, the toffees were embarrassed by Minnesota united this week on Tuesday the 21st, conceding 4 goals! This included an own goal in the 32nd minute by Everton's center-back Michael Keane. YIKES! Obviously, their manager Frank Lampard was not impressed. Many Journalists are questioning if Everton stay in the prem this year's campaign. Things are looking shaky for Everton. Though it is just a friendly, this match won't be forgotten. Not to take away from Minnesota, as their play was exceptional. The Everton goalie was not to blame on many occasions and was the MVP for Everton in my opinion. Hopefully Everton turns it around for their first premier league game @ Chelsea fc on opening day, August 6th.

Manchester City @ Bayern Munich was a high intensity game that was won 1-0 by Manchester City thanks to Erliing Haaland's debut goal in the 12th minute, assisted by Jack Grealish. The former Borussia Dortmund Star had very good movement up top for City, and Pep was pleased with Haaland's performance despite him getting subbed off at half time. He spoke after the game and said he likes the vibe of Grealish and thought the link up play between them was good as well. Haaland scored the only goal of the game despite Bayern getting close a few times, keeping city on their toes. The match ended at 80 minutes instead of the full 90. This was because of thunderstorms delaying kick-off and right after Haaland's goal, players had to go back to the dressing rooms because of Thunder near the Stadium.
